"If you’re not doing business the traditional way, why should your lawyer?"

About Allie

Let’s face it, bios can be boring, but necessary. And, since you’ve navigated to this page, you clearly realize the importance of knowing just who your guide will be through the often complex legal world. So here goes…

Allie is a born and bred Husky. She grew up in Stamford and graduated from the University of Connecticut Honors Program. Allie earned her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. During her time at Wake Forest, Allie served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Law and Policy. Following law school, Allie returned to her CT roots to practice her trade and raise her family. She lives in Milford with her twin daughters and two dogs.

Allie’s experience ranges from the boardroom to the courtroom - and the classroom. Before founding Levene Legal, Allie served as in-house and outside counsel for a number of businesses, including many small businesses and nonprofits. In those roles, she represented clients in litigation and administrative proceedings related to employment, civil rights, and general liability. Time and time again, Allie noticed that many of the issues faced by her clients could have been avoided with proactive legal services. Thus, Levene Legal was born.

In addition to her role as counsel for Levene Legal, Allie is also an Adjunct Professor for Wake Forest University’s Master in Studies of Law Program, where she teaches business professionals the legal tools and framework needed to navigate risk, compliance, and the rapidly changing legal environment.
